Too many people gain weight during the holidays too. There are many pleasures ... Too many temptations. Here are some ideas to help you here, this weekend's Halloween healthier.
First, you pay again on the five key health behaviors every day that I call the newssite: Nutrtion, exercise, water, sleep, and additions. Halloween is big - is one of my favorite holidays. But it is only the first of a series of fall break, which can really sabotage your health habits. Start thisWeek-end with a plan and build momentum in your discipline that can get your vitality - and your life - all the way through the New Year.
